Reception venue site-visit
Reception venue final walk-through visit
Four in-person floating meetings (often used for vendor coordination)

Assistance with vendor sourcing, as needed
Phone consultation to confirm details one week prior to the Wedding
Attendance at and coordination of a one-hour ceremony rehearsal
Serve as vendor point of contact as early in the process as client prefers
Creation of the Ceremony and Reception timelines and distribution to the appropriate parties
Assistance with seating chart preparation as needed
Walk-through of the event space prior to the Wedding Day
Review of the final Banquet Event Order
Alphabetization of place cards
Creation and distribution of Reception Seating Chart with coordinating list of guest meal selections to the event venue
On-site coordinator the day of the Wedding
Supervision and assistance with event décor set-up and styling at the ceremony and reception sites
Gathering and packing of all items/decorations that belong to the Client at the end of the evening
Use of our “emergency kit”
Gathering of friends and family for necessary photos throughout the event
Final vendor payment and gratuity distribution

Coordination of all Wedding traditions and formalities (speeches, bridal dance, bouquet and garter tosses, etc.)
